Where do I begin? I've been a Regions customer for over 20 years. I have a savings and checking account, a credit card and a Home Equity Line and have never missed a payment. My HELOC was coming due July 3rd and I was dealing with the branch to get a new HELOC but they told me that Regions doesn't do HELOCs anymore and said refinancing was my only option. I ordered a package from a company and then later had to request a new debit card on my same bank account. Later I needed a refund for my package and it was rejected twice from regions. It took twenty nearly two weeks to discover this. I called every single day to check on my refund and received different answers each time. I forwarded multiple proofs including; my receipt, where I attempted canceling my package, every conversation I had with the company issuing my refund, three screenshots from the supervisor of the company... read more

After attemping to cash a check written on Regions Bank Account in East Fort Myers, Florida, I was informed that they would not cash the check unless I have an account with them, however for a fee they would. At this point I ask that the check be given back to me to deposit at my own bank without any fee. The teller gave me the check thru the drive in window where I made a cash deposit for the company I work for. I, 15 minutes later cashed the check at my own bank. I have been paying this company for a home repair for the past 6 years. I am sent a monthly statement and they galdly accept my payment. I needed information for completing taxes. No account information (payments, interest paid, balance) was available through the website. The only way to get that information was to call and talk with a representative. Then to get the information it had to be copied and mailed. No access to email. The representative said the file was too large to email (???). Recommendation: Find a different ... read more

I have been a Regions Bank customer for over 10 years. Recently I noticed that they were charging me a monthly fee because I was not using my debit card more then 10 times a month. I have a checking account and a money market account with them. Due to the pandemic I am unable to leave my home so of course I am not using it as much as I did before. I am also 70 years old and live on Social Security so any money that I "lose" affects me. Do not bank with Regions, as they do not care about their customers!
