I financed my heat and air unit through them. We send extra money and they say we cannot do that. They cash my checks late and charge me 30 dollars for a late check but I wrote them a month ahead. And they charge me money for a late check. Do not deal with them. Enter bank is a joke.

Poor company to do business with paid off an account and they messed it up and than expecting us to pay the extra fee they put on because the applying the account after the due date to get more money even tho I have the proof that cashed the checks 4 days prior and I was ahead on paying too vary poor business

If there were zero stars I would issue 0 stars. This company charged my account after being closed for and paid in full for over a year due to a "computer error" when asked to remove my banking information from their system as thy should have at the time the account was closed, they said they didn't have that information. Then how did they charged my account. Linda V**** that works in payment processing, rudely hung up the phone and did not provide any more information. Subtract that star this is the worst bank there is they cashed my check locked the Mobil app and my account for months with plenty of money in it put me in financial hardship due to them with holding my money. Can't get a human to answer the phone go to a bank it's always some form I have to have take it back an it's the wrong one.

horrible experience. I have had regions since I was a little kid and am now 19. my bank account if frozen and they are saying that I now owe $2,000 back to them.I sure wish I had $2,000 lying around but so does anybody.All because a check bounced even when I went to the bank and they verified the check and released the hold. No one informed me that the check could be returned three days later and now I owe them the check back. So I get this "fraud" message talking about I spent about $65 on something. This has been happening every since July 24,2021. Regions ends up blocking my card unannounced. So I called them to get it unblocked. And they did. So the next day I go to use my card; for some odd reason they go BACK to the same date and they block my card again. Excellent communication---we appreciate the clear explanation of loan terms. Great rate---we appreciate the opportunity to be able to pay our loan off at zero percent interest if paid within 15 months.
