The company was amazing initially getting the loan set up. What frustrates me the most is there is no way to get any kind of information about your account if you do not have a paper statement. You cannot log into the website to see your balance nor call their 1-800 number either. We are in a digital age. Why would they not make this information accessible anywhere, anytime? I believe they do this to keep customers from knowing their balance.

Avoid doing business with Enerbank if at all possible. They stopped my automatic payments for some unknown reason and failed to notify me. By the time they contacted me the payment was more than 30 days past due. By this time they not only called me but they called my wife and my daughter! They were never given permission to contact anyone but me! Companies that engage in this practice should be heavily fined! I was so pissed I just paid the balance to be rid of those clowns. Dealing with Enerbank was terrible. I was not happy with the contractor, I called them and they said to file a formal complaint, which I did. They said don't pay right now, so I didn't. All of sudden, they dropped the complaint without my knowledge. That cost me an extra $250.00. I will never go through a contractor that uses Enerbank. They don't deserve the one star I had to give.

I've been having problems with regions bank for a bit they need to train these unknowable customers service agents that they have working from home or whoever for that matter their service is atrocious. Regions bank constantly pulls money from your account for fees that were not explained to your when you do business with them! Regions bank charged 36 in fee for a transaction that didn't go through for 6 with pay pal after telling them I wasn't aware of this transaction they informed me that there was nothing they could do a... read more

my wife and i are both very happy with the way the bank took care of us. they were very professional and fast with both the approval and the paperwork. and it was nice to have them call and check up on how good the contractor was

Regions just got through charging me a $50 inactivity fee before they would let me close my home equity line of credit. Yes, that's right, folks, they charged me for NOT using their money. Moreover, they put a two week hold on my certified check from the sale of a property last spring, telling me that it was an "unusually large check". My little pocket change check was nothing to them, it simply hurt their feelings that a classically poor person suddenly had some money. They work with shady merchant processors scamming small businesses. Their employees lie and lock you into long lease agreements under fraudulent pretenses by leasing you a $179.00 credit card machine for 48 months at $94.00 per month! A total of $4512.00!!. They tell you that you can cxancel at any time. NOT TRUE! Once they have the paper signed no one will return calls or service the account. They don't care if fraud was involved in getting the contract signed they will threaten to put you up for collections. Stay away from... read more

Very poor customer service. I had deposited several money orders at once, they were overdue payments from a lady renting our home, so there was more than one. We have never had a problem depositing the money orders in the past so had no way of knowing this would be a problem and the teller didn't tell me this might be a problem, around a week after this they put a hold on our entire account, not just the money orders, but our savings and checking and didn't even bother to let us know, we found out when our card was declined,... read more

I have not known them to make a big mistake, however the telephone customer service is beyond terrible. Have held for hours. if you want anything you have to go to a branch and often wait. I am planning to change banks, I know they hold checks too long sometime and have much too long a processing time for checks that must be mailed. I have had to pay late fees for checks I put on online banking over 2 weeks before.
