I want to give a huge thank you to Dr. Brandon Hayes for saving my foster kitten's life. He was on the verge of dying and needed a lot of medical care. We thought he wouldn't make it through, but after 2 days we got to bring him home! It was a miracle. Dr. Hayes helped us through our difficult time and was so compassionate and kind. Thank you so much for everything you did!
Thank God for the excellently of this hospital and all their staff! My 30 pound dog was attacked by a 90 pound pitbull.... They saved her life! She, Sadie Dog, is still there. But without their care and compassion she would not be with us at all. Thank you so very much!!!!
We had to make a hard decision about one of our cats last night, and the staff at Regional were absolutely amazing and so compassionate. We have been taking our animals here since around 2011 and have had nothing but fabulous experiences. Last year the staff was also able to diagnosis my one cat with something other vets failed to diagnosis, and now that cat is doing great! Thank you for doing what you do!
Pray you never have to go here in an emergency! Their only concern is in your money not your furbaby!
How awful to refuse to euthanize a suffering animal in an emergency when there is no one else available! I fully understand not incurring endless costs treating an animal when the owner does not have the ability to pay. However, I cannot think of any vet who would not, in the best interest of an animal, would not go ahead of perform the PTS and take the risk of not being paid. Shame on you!
Ask the Supnick's daughter, who took in a suffering dog and was refused euthanasia only because she didn't have hundreds of dollars in cash in hand to pay for it. Made the dog suffer for hours. Word is spreading all over the US that this vet is about $ and not <3.
