First time and nice , waiting for my boy getting his urine taking care of, I love my boy soooo much
What a phenomena staff- expectations set from the second I arrived- Laura the nurse explained everything/ was calming and reassuring- and dr Lou was excellent. Most importantly my kitten is back up and running- and a new man.
Everyone was wonderful! The doctors called me everyday with updates and even sent me pics. So grateful for the wonderful staff.
Kind, professional and genuine. My dog Cooper was well cared for. The nurse, Eileen, was comforting and supportive as well as informative. Dr. DelGiudice explained every step he was taking and why. So glad these services were available. With calling ahead, my vet was able to get info over to the Emergency Hospital before I even got there. There was a bit of a wait, but it was easy to see how my wait related to the acuity of the animals coming in. Keep taking such good care of our four legged family members and Thank you!!
I had a 9:00 appointment for my dog Thursday morning at regional. I have to say after the appointment was finished I not only left feeling irritated but insulted. The nurse that I had was very rude, making unnesissary comments about my nine month old puppy’s behavior. She had not only insulated my dog, but me as a dog owner. I will not be having that nurse again and I will be switching where I take my dog soon.

My dog Cash swallowed one of my newborns binkies and he had to have surgery to have it removed from his small intestine. I was a wreck! The staff at Regional were amazing, nonjudgmental, and so wonderful with my anxious year & a half old Lab! When we came back for his follow-up appointment Cash was happy to see everyone there! He's recovering great and I HIGHLY recommend Regional to all my fellow fur moms and dads! Couldn't have asked for a better experience Thank you to all the wonderful staff �
