I was not very happy. The place was nice but their payment options are a bit confusing and they make it very uncomfortable. Their pricing is very high and I got the feeling that they care more about money than the animals.
I was very disappointed with Regional Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Center. My cat was very ill with congestive heart failure and a blood clot which they literally told me within 10 minutes of being there. They said they would give us time to say goodbye but I guess we were taking too long because the nurse came in at least once to “see if we were ready” but the worst was when my husband went to take my daughter to the car so she wouldn’t see poor Brad euthanized. RecommendedGreat place to take your pet in case of an emergency. Have been there several times place is always clean and the staff are always friendly. It's nice they do follow up calls to check on your pet the next day.
Saved my little Buddy-Boy Cat's life... Wasn't cheap, but can't argue with results. :-)

Thank you to Dr. Lou and his staff for taking such good care of Finn! She had an obstruction from eating socks. She is our crazy, naughty English lab! The staff was friendly, patient and informative. She is home resting and healing, thank you again for helping her.
