From the moment I walked into RMI, I immediately felt welcomed and at ease. The front desk staff, especially Mary Lou, greeted me warmly and helped calm my nerves. She clearly explained the forms and was quick to offer assistance whenever I needed it. During my scan, Laura was exceptionally kind, attentive, and thorough in answering my questions. Arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment, was greeted at the desk and check in was simple and easy. When called for my turn which was just about on time, Greg took me to the room with the lockers and instructed me on how everything worked, very patient and kind man really put my mind at ease. Then he led me to the truck with the MRI in it. Neat set up. The lady didn't catch her name was super friendly and was nice she let me know how long each scan would be put my mind at ease.
