Reasonable prices and friendly staff!!
I had a wonderful experience at RMI’s Novi location! The front desk staff, the ultrasound tech, the mammogram tech, and the radiologist were all very friendly - they made my appointment comfortable and put my mind at ease.
My CT appointment went very smoothly. Everyone was kind. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The tech seemed very experienced and put me at ease. She explained what would happen during the procedure and answered all my questions. The whole thing took only a few minutes. I was in and out before the scheduled time for my scan. Good experience.
Really great staff and very caring.
