As I mentioned earlier, I needed some additional help in an embarrassing situation. Your staff was so understanding and supportive, I can’t thank them enough for making me feel as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. You have a great group there!
My first time using these services at RMI and the experience was top notch. The facility is super clean, welcoming, with ample seating. The process was smooth and efficient. Was greeted warmly and the tech team was very kind, allayed my fears, provided an emergency if I had a problem. They were all very concerned for my safety and comfort!
