In the ER with my husband. He is having heart problems wouldn’t want to be any where else. The nursing staff here is the best
I cannot say enough about the staff at this hospital. they were all smiling and happy. My nurses Heather and Sharilyn were the best. They knew I was nervous and put me at ease. from the reception intake person to the orderly that pushed my Gurnee to the surgical staging area they were all professional, courteous and kind. The facility was very very clean and waiting areas comfortable. They also made sure my partner was informed of everything. I dont know the name of the man who did my echo cardiogram on Saturday July 14th 2018 but please look it up in my records. My name is Donna Kelsey. He asked some inappropriate questions this time and also a few months back when I was admitted. The staff is so unorganized. One dr. Says one thing and the next dr. Says another. They never completed their charts. And discharge was hell. This group is more about the paycheck then healing.
