I was just released yesterday after 1 week stay. May I just say after 67 years of age and residing in many states across this country I have more praise for this hospital than any I have been in my life span so far, which includes USA, Mexico & Canada. went to the ER with my mom thinking she would need emergency surgery. Dr Randolph showed great concern, helping the nurses and ordered tests. To our relief it wasn't what we thought and the doctor was as relieved as we were. As mom was being treated dad had to be seen for his breathing. Dr Mazin Haddadin personally took him to a room and started treatment immediately. He was breathing much better in a short amount of time. The entire ER staff was amazing!!! Thank YOU ALL!!
My wife and I both worked at hospitals for several years and have been patients over time. This is by far the best hospital we have ever seen. The staff is compassionate and works as a team. The response to call lights is phenomenal. There is no “It’s not my department” attitude. We can’t say enough good about this hospital. Thanks

Bayonet Point has no admin staff on weekends. Lady fell in puddle in the hall, several staff walked by her and refused to help her. You are not allowed to speak with your loved ones doctors because the doctors don' t want to be bothered with questions. I was told by a nurse with supposedly 12 years experience as a icu nurse that a fibula/ tibia fracture was causing his shoulder to hurt on the opposite side of his body. I asked how that was possible, she said because the tibia and fibula are the 2 upper arm bones!
They absolutely are the worst. Go anywhere else but to this hospital you may very well end up dead!
The most compassionate staff around. Was there for 12 days and taken very good care of.
