This review is just for today's visit to my Dad. They forgot to give my Dad dinner. This is horrible. He had dialysis, so he had a late lunch at 3:30pm. His dinner tray never came. He finally had his dinner at 9:30pm. The cafeteria was closed. His primary nurse, Sabrina, finally brought him a frickin' dry sandwich. Unbelievable! Unacceptable :( Genevia from ICU West gave me the number for the managers Karla and Leanne. I called and it was the wrong number, so I called Genevia back and she gave me another number. I love this place The Staff that was Working on April 23 2016 brought me back to life after i dropped dead .. i cant thank them enuf they are soooo kind there and always treat me like a V.I.P.. everytime i get really sick are somethin happens i go to Reginal my insurance is for Valley medical but there sooo Rude at that hospital .. i take my ass to Regional for m6 medical needs...
