San Jose medical center is one of the worst hospitals ever when you have someone out of ICU and you're trying to see them after 9 PM a police in the emergency exit hassle people even if your loved one is there I explain to them I left for a couple hours to bring my wise friend to a motel not to be back in with my son if something were to happen seriously to my son I would've felt very bad and angry all theyhad to do is walk back there with the security guy to knowI was telling the truth they said if my son was in ICU still I... read more

I was a little nervous about the health care in a different state, I am from Michigan, my daughter was seriously injured in a mountain bike accident while visiting this awesome state, she was very close to not coming home.... so as a good parent does, I jumped on a plane and flew out to make sure that she had the best of care. We were greeted in the ICU by an incredible nurse named Kristie, who took excellent care of us. Moved up to a trauma unit under observation by another team of excellent nurses. My appointment was for 830. I checked in at 810. It's now 920, and still no doctor in to see me. I have a job and have to work after this. Very unprofessional that my paycheck is getting eaten up because the doctor can't run on time. I did a morning appointment knowing they couldn't run behind. . Damn was I wrong. Hoping to get a doctor before 10am.....
