Any removed reviews are taken down because they are demonstrating Regional Management Inc. Incompetent and criminal behavior which is unacceptable for any rental office or business! I started renting from Regional management Inc. in 1979, in 2023 was the first real mailbox repair request! I want my personal property stolen from my vehicle returned to me and everything relating to this criminal activity replaced to me! Your criminals went into the parking lot and broke into my vehicle stealing my photography lenses and birding binoculars! Please, reimburse me for my photography property! The maintenance repairs were to the community mailbox inside the building, WHY were criminals that did not live in the apartments breaking into my truck, when the rental office found out that they had to pay for my 55 inch television inside the building. They had no reason to do that! When you workin the office and when you find out your tenant is a photographer with this something you see, that your criminals can steal! IN THE PARKING LOT! THIS IS THIEFT by the rental office!Â
I only select one star because you can't choose anything worse. The nasty witches in the Parkside Gardens Office are the worst! They don't know if it is their job or the Post Office job, to replace or repair the tenants mailboxes! And if they know that they are wrong and your property gets broken, they will retaliate and have criminals break into your vehicle or steal your property. Paid my full rent on time for the entire 12 yrs that I have lived here..I put my money orders in regional managements drop box on Fayette street on 3rd or 4th of every month..My rent is due on the 4th...Four days after I put my rent money orders in their drop box I get a letter saying theydidnt receive my full rent. I take my money order stubs to Fayette street office so they can see the rent was paid..they make a copy n say they'll check to see if it was lost in their trash or posted to someone elses account by accident an... read more
Most apartment complex allow you to pay rent electronically instead of having to deliver in person to main office( need to pay to park on lot or get ticketed) or mail your rent payment and hope it arrives. My bank mailed 3 rent checks to have them arrive 20 days later & recieve court papers for eviction. Stressful....Â
