Find a serious place to raise your family Baltimore City is dump! As a Retired Roofing and Sheet metal Foreman and U.S. Army Veteran, all of my went to school and all grown and I was trying to teach the kids how be successful with Photography, but I guess Parkside Gardens Apartments Manager had her own plans for a 67 year old Army veteran with 3 spinal surgeries! That's why I was on the basement apartment! TAKE advantage and steal from whoever is victim, unable to defend themselves! Oh, make sure you get them locked up!Â
I recommend a one star rating for these criminals because I obtained my L.L.C. in Photography in Florida while employed with the Port of Baltimore Automotive Detailing company in Curtis Bay! I got an opportunity to travel and start a business taking Landscape and Bald eagle photography! I was currently attending school for a career as a Drone Pilot! Regional Management Inc, had to totally ruin that dream! This is what they do!Â

After 50 years of driving and 45 years a tenant, and a U.S. PARKSIDE GARDENS Apartments had me arrested put in jail, had a crime ring broke into my vehicle all because it took the incompetent rental office 6 months to repair the community mailbox that the maintenance supervisor fixed in 3 hours! If these people don't offer Renters Insurance at the time you move into this place, don't move in! You have been warned! I had USAA and they told me I had to change, that is when I started looking for somewhere else to reside, after residence of Regional Management Inc for 45 years! Beware!Â

You ask Parkside Gardens Apartments to repair the community mailbox in your building and this is what they do to your vehicle in THEIR parking lot, to your personal vehicle which makes absolutely nothing to do with the mailbox repair in the building! They had to reimburse for the total damage of my 55 inch flat screen television, then have the nerve to make Baltimore City Police lock me up, after they had a crime ring break into my vehicle!
