I rented he from 1979 to 2024, these people are incompetent criminals in the rental office! The manager took 6 months to repair or replace the community mailbox adjacent my basement apartment, which caused the destruction of my 55 inch flat screen television. When 11 Fayette st. HAD TO pay for the television, the MANAGER had a crime ring, who DID NOT live on our property, went into the parking lot and break into my vehicle which had absolutely nothing to do with the maintenance in the building, and steal my Photography lens ... read more
Another thing in Florida, you put your nasty hands on somebody else's gear, you get your FACE blown off, then tell the county police to come get your stupid body!: One day I pray about leaving this place! Plenty of sunshine and smiles this place can make you forget about Baltimore and it's dirt bikes, real fast, where different people and military veterans are respected! I have had none incident of criminals in Florida on trail breaking in and stealing my gear! People in Florida go to school learn a train or occupation and BUY their own gear, like decent human beings You go on wildlife trails in Maryland, you don't even see game wardens and Park Rangers! That is the problem in Maryland, no structural discipline at all and that is why you fail!Â
Regional Management Inc. want my photography lens and birding binoculars returned, so I can leave this shitwhole called Baltimore City and you don't have to worry about my not complying to any peace order in this dump! I got real wildlife and animals to take pictures of in the Florida Everglades!Â

Now, I have no transportation at all because Regional Management Inc. staged a motorcycle accident in south Baltimore, where I grew up and never had an accident in 50 years of operation of many types of vehicles! This rental office has and Regional Management Inc. and downtown Management office have no grace for anyone's conditions. I was residing on the first floor because I couldn't walk up and down stairs and these evil people in the office have absolutely no compassion at all! If these people don't want to give you RENTERS insurance don't move in THIS PLACE! They will go to the extreme, if they are liable for your damages! And good luck getting an Attorney, "They are no longer taking THESES TYPES of CASES! And if you don't want to NOT COMPLY to a PEACE ORDER, do not fix your MOUTH to ask for Your property back! ALL I requested was for my mailbox to be replaced!Â
