We had a home visit in Worcester from “Jessica”. She was on time, pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and had a great personality. She had some good suggestions for us to try w our CPAPs in order to solve a few issues we have had, and fitted my husband w a different mask, & was patient in teaching him, as my husband has some cognitive problems. We would be happy to see her again if we need any changes or help.
"Happy?" I'm ecstatic! Jessica arrived exactly on time and we changed and re-fit my new supplies. She is the ultimate professional - - kind - courteous - friendly - affirmative - cheerful Especially helpful to me going forward, was her using a calendar to mark when supplies need to be changed. It was a lovely visit!
Jessica was lovely, friendly and took their time going over my new therapy machine. Very good at what she does, made the whole process smooth.
Melissa came to work with me regarding a new CPAP machine. She was incredible. I was anxious about the CPAP machine in general and she put me at ease from the beginning to the end. As she took me through her presentation, she was very knowledgeable, confident and very reassuring. She made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions. I’m all set up with my new mask and machine for tonight. I appreciated her professionalism and her personality.
Jessica was very detailed with the questions and making sure I understood how to operate and maintain my equipment.
