Her approachable demeanor facilitated open communication.
Jessica came to check on a broken machine. She also ordered me the correct mask after the the mask that I had for the past 15 years was discontinued. She’s a life saver.
Jessica is amazing. She knows her stuff and was extremely helpful in helping my mother find a replacement mask. Jessica was very thoughtful and patient with mom asking her so many questions about the different masks.
