Jodi T was very knowledgeable and helpful explaining my new cpap machine
Joellen was knowledgeable and very helpful. She fitted me with a new cpap mask that is working very well for me.
My first time experience with a CPAP machine from RegionalHC was made very pleasant by Technician Jody Tiedmann. She patiently walked me through every aspect of the setup, use of the machine and mask. She was helpful in explaining the different modes and symbols plus tips on what to do if I encountered any issues. She was exemplary.
Appointment was easy and quick. Jody was very helpful.
