I have been receiving a bill from them for over a year now. I have EOB's to prove what my responsibility is (which was paid at time of service) and they keep billing me for over $250. I have called, emailed, sent letters to no avail. THEY WILL NEVER CALL YOU BACK!!!!! I have involved Delta Dental as well and they are having a hard time getting them to respond to them.
