Absolutely The Worst! – What a relief to get rid of Regina's Maids after two years of cleaners arriving late (if at all), breaking things, and typically doing a poor job. We were obviously lazy about finding a better service. That turned out to be easily done, but we were only inspired when management showed a complete lack of interest in hearing complaints from longtime customers.
ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! – I had been trying to find a great, reliable maid service in Jersey City for years and walked past a Regina's Maids van one day a block from my apartment. From the first call until the day I moved (yesterday), they were wonderful taking care of the silly little things my husband and I didn't have time for. Now, I only wish they came to NYC!
