Second chance was worth it! – I haven't used Reginas Maids in 5 years. I spoke to a friend of mine who lives in my building who suggested I give them a second chance since they are under new management. I'm very glad I did, now I know why they've been around for 30+ years. Very trustworthy !

A PERFECT GIFT – I received a gift certificate to Regina's Maids for my birthday this year. I have to admit, it was one of the best gifts ever. I am a working mother of a 2 year old child, and even though i try to keep up with everything in our home it is extremely difficult sometimes. Don't believe everything you read – I was looking for a cleaning service because I recently had my second child and needed some help around the house. I looked into this very seriously because I would basically have strangers in my home and I wanted to make sure I chose the best..well it was very hard because finding positive reviews on a company was nearly impossible. Great Place for House Cleaning – I was very pleased with using Regina's Maids. The girls were very nice and followed very deatiled instructions. They took their time in cleaning my place and I loved how they did their work. I have recently scheduled montly services and I am going to recommend Regina's Maids to other people that I know. Don't always believe what you read, they did an aswesome job in my place!

Rude, not worthy of my dirt! – Regina's Maid service has got to be the worst service ever. They break things, leave dirty rags behind, leave cleaning solution on your wood without wiping it off, decide when they want to show up and then decide to take all you products home with them. The worst service ever! Not to mention they must not have know that I was Puerto Rican and could totally understand everything they were saying as they were discussing how disgusting it was to have a dog right in front of me. Try to charge you more after bill has been settled. – We had our house cleaned back in June '08. They are now (Oct '08) trying to collect sales tax months later. This is their issue to deal with now. They are very rude to talk to. Besides their service is horrible. Not one of the "maids" spoke english. Did not mop all of the floors as directed. Dust still remained in corners. There is another service we now use that is great.

Rude, Late, Liars – This place is the worst. They show up very late, don't notify you and are rude (the management not the employees). If you're going to give me a 4 hour time slot and not show up, at least you can NOTIFY me in advance and not make me call you. OH YEAH --- they always make excuses for why they are late and tell you they will be there in a few minutes. Then they show up even later. They flat out lie. May they go out of business.

Horrible Lack of Service, Lateness, No-shows, No Responsibility, Excuses – I used Regina's Maids 3 times. The first time they did a good job. The second time they did not show up between 8 and 12 as promised. After calling them several times and being told each time that they would be there in 5 minutes, they finally came between 90 and 120 minutes late. Do Not Hire Them to Clean Your Carpet if You Are Chemically Sensitive. – I hired Regina's Maids to clean a carpet. The person cleaning the carpet could barely understand english (but that was to be expected). The process made the air in the room toxic. Open windows all day for a couple days and an air filter running continously in the room.
