RecommendedI absolutely love Regents West Campus. The staff is amazing and probably the best part! They are always so nice when I walk through the door and always put me in a good mood. They work to accommodate any and all of my requests and I really couldn’t be happier with how I’ve been treated by them! The property itself is clean and definitely worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend any other place in West Campus!
By far the worst customer service, no one ever returns phone calls at the office despite numerous emails and calls. I called this am at 10 AM and 5 hours later no response. How hard is it to know if you have parking or not. definitely will rent some where else in west campus once my contract is up.
On Dec. 17th 2016 I had several items stolen from my car in the regents 26th parking garage. I was packed to go home for winter break so you can imagine just how many items it was. When I called the office that day the promised to save all video footage from the time frame I gave them and today I found out they deleted it when the detective called to ask for it. We have moved college students in Austin west campus area since 2010. The Management team at Regents West killed it! So organized! There was cold water bottles and breakfast offered at key pickup. Pizza offered at lunch. As boxes were being unpacked and placed out in hallway, they would quickly disappear. APD out front directing were to unload on the curb! Nice clean cold apartment to move into! Thank you thank you!
I love the management there and I LOVE the amenities! It's also very spacious!!!
One bedroom in a 2x2 and a parking spot available mid May through July 31st!
