Dr. Jackson did a careful examination and thorough explanation of my knee issue and provided appropriate treatment options. He then discussed expectations and challenges of the healing process.
Dr. Jackson was very kind and knowledgeable throughout my appointment. He throughly discussed my knees using my X-rays and the ultra sound he performed. He explained the connection between what the two showed. He took his time and answered every question I had. I appreciate his calm and present demeanor.
My husband and I just completed Stem Cell treatments, followed a week later with Platelets treatment. During our initial visit for evaluation of our situations (shoulder, knees), Dr. Jackson, using ultra-sound imaging and physical examination of shoulder, knees, shared possible treatment options to help us make our desired treatment decisions. This is the second time I have seen Dr Jackson for treatment of my knees. I have had stem cell and platelet therapies and was very happy with the results of my first treatments. Dr Jackson explained all procedures thoroughly. He checked in with me several times during the procedures to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He followed up after treatment. He is very personable and answered all my questions. I have referred others to him for treatment.
Very good. The only Dr. That has been able to identify my issue. His assistance is a joy to be around. And his name is a nice conversation piece. LOL
