Decent rent prices. Don't ask for maintenance help, and god forbid you accidentally get locked out. Your on your own. They have raised prices every year we have lived here. Managers don't like people. They only care about charging us.
Management is mean, dishonest, and could care less about you. Security camera are not for security, they are there to watch your every movr. And if you break one of there 5 pages of rules you will face consiquences. r
Regency V Apts. Is a very nice relaxing place to live,Its that easy live by the rules&be honest.Our manager is great,She goes above&beyond for all the residents of Regency V. Thank GOD WE HAVE A PLACE TO LIVE,some people are not as lucky,they homeless.
