This is my third year applying for an apartment. I was shown three apartments. I'm always second on the list but nothing ever comes up for me. I am 71 years old . I would love to have timely updates.
Leaving this review as a prospective tenant. Had called in early October for an application to be mailed to me; Gave mailing details to the manager and waited for 1 month to never receive the application. Called few times leaving voice messages (each with call back number) in the following month. Decent rent prices. Don't ask for maintenance help, and god forbid you accidentally get locked out. Your on your own. They have raised prices every year we have lived here. Managers don't like people. They only care about charging us.
Management is mean, dishonest, and could care less about you. Security camera are not for security, they are there to watch your every movr. And if you break one of there 5 pages of rules you will face consiquences. r
Regency V Apts. Is a very nice relaxing place to live,Its that easy live by the rules&be honest.Our manager is great,She goes above&beyond for all the residents of Regency V. Thank GOD WE HAVE A PLACE TO LIVE,some people are not as lucky,they homeless.
