The king size room was very spacious, loved that it had a little kitchenette, couch and the bathroom setup was great too. Perfect for a multiple night stay. Very comfortable beds compared to other places I've stayed. The breakfast selection was great. The only con we found with the actual hotel itself was that there seemed to be some kind of leak somewhere, as we had wet carpet all along the front of our kitchen to back behind the dresser the TV was on as well as in the bathroom area. We have stayed here for Labor Day weekend for the last two years and look forward to more years! The rooms are wonderful and the breakfast is the best way to start our day. The staff has been very friendly and always helpful.

Never stayed there and never will. I tried contacting the owner over an issue with an employee while employee was on-the-job but the owner did not have the decency to return my calls and registered letter. I am contacting several news stations such as Holding the Powerful Accountable.
We had our family reunion at the regency suites hotel in Atlanta last month... the rooms are marvellous, elegant, and clean.. the service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.. I recommend this hotel, if you are ever in Atlanta.. #A+...
