RecommendedStaff are nice. They are remodeling, but help you feel comfortable. Room is big lots of room with a kitchenette. Close to lots of restaurants. Only bad thing is the parking. Very small with narrow spots to park.
the room was beautiful and the staff was amazing!! We had a couple problems and the manager took care of us. there is construction going on so be prepared. It was definitely worth it!!
I was a guest this past Friday, I’ve traveled hours away to have a good time in Atlanta thinking I was going to stay in a nice hotel. The parking garage looked scary only one car could fit coming in and out but we had NO A/C in the room it was super hot and it was very UNCOMFORTABLE. The guy brought us a box fan literally. I was very upset. That was the most uncomfortable experience at a hotel. I couldn’t even sleep. On the 8th floor and I can hear a lot of street noise, this is unacceptable. UPDATE...It took over 20 minutes for the water to get hot enough to take a shower. I sure hope there renovations include improvements to there hot water system. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Unfortunately Hotel parking was $18 a day for a garage that BARELY allowed one car to enter let alone another to exit at the same time. The rooms are very dated and the hotel is under construction in which they proceeded to start hammering at 7am on a Saturday morning! I woke up to a Roach crawling on the ceiling and was offered to get switched to another room which separated the group of people I was traveling with, there was old cough drops on the floor in the room next to the sofa. We had a blast..it was nice and clean..the room was cold like we like it.... breakfast was great...roomservice was the bomb everything we needed was right there...I'm definitely staying there again when I go back...the staff was very accommodating and kid friendly....
Nice rooms. Clean. Service could’ve been better but overall great spot for a great price.
