They allow tenants in southwest Fresno to live in substandard housing and then when you move out they will withhold your deposit no matter how clean you leave the property knowing that you had to do MAJOR cleaning when you moved in. in addition to tacking on erroneous charges for damages you did not cause. They do nothing about the vermin and ignore request for repairs.

Guess the owners are happy, maybe those property owners should look into how things are actually handled from the renters perspective. This company seems to have been taken to court a few times and lost due to negligence...

Regency prides itself in helping the community through property investments. I have personally worked with them through the VA and Westcare, the process has been very smooth.They can handle anything, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and respectful. If you have a trouble property and want to turn it around call Regency. If you have a great property and want to pursue it's growth call Regency. If you are looking for top scale aggressive management Regency is the place for you!!!
