We have had a/c issues at our office last summer and this summer. Each and every time stop gap repairs are made at a snail pace and half assed. The a/c vendors they use are uncommunicative. We have had water dripping from our ceiling for a month now in our sterilization room. And that was after water poured from the ceiling in our reception area. Let me up date this maybe two years ago they were decent. I am currently on day 9 with no hot water having an infant this makes things difficult. I was told plumbers would come Monday. They came almost a week later left with out mentioning anything. It’s now been 9 days and the approval should be SUBMITTED Monday. The living condition of my home is NOT SANITARY. RecommendedI have never had any issues with Regency. Infact just the opposite. If I have questions or concerns I just call and my concerns are addressed promptly. Mr Brad H. is intelligent and he diffently knows what he's doing. He's very friendly and his staff is the same. I look forward to renting from him for while and I have confort in it.
