they dont fix anything, almost zero water pressure, and the older fella that works maintenance is rude as all get out. they had roaches really really bad and refused to help fix it.
This place sucks. Not worth the move. Maintance is awful and takes WEEKS to get stuff that needs to be done.

My family and I have lived here going on 3 months. The complex is clean and very quite. The neighbors stay to themselves and are respectful which is hard to believe now days. The front office has a gym and a pool outside for the kids. The office staff are very helpful and kind. Very happy we chose Regency Park Indy !!

TRASH!!!!!! Nothing good to say about this place
Regency can’t keep staff changes every month. Our apartment we don’t even have a bathroom door or laundry doors. The wall outlets are loose plugs just fall out. Our ac unit doesn’t even cool the place and to they take care of no maintaince issues but have the nerve to ask if we want to renew for a higher rate. Ussualy you pay more for more upkeep they’ve done nothing here. Steer far away.
The people here are nasty my kid is being bullied. And being watched when they go to the park to play. I’m over it here can’t wait to move out
Been with them for over a yr. love the new townhouse that we switched to. Everything is updated and anytime something goes wrong, maintenance stays on top of it.
