Friendly!
The staff I have interacted with have all been great (Dr. Poirier, Dr. Godis, nurse Daralyn and receptionist Kathryn). The 3rd floor waiting area is very clean, but the 2nd floor does feel a bit dirty. When calling to make an appointment I have sometimes had issues (booking wrong type of appointment). Overall I have been pleased with the service I have received there!
Dr. Bains is too good
I made several phone appointments with NP Biskup in which the front desk receptionist put down as in person. This happened twice and neither time did Alexandra Biskup or anyone ever call me back.....this was a post operative surgery appointment, horrible horrible service! Her fill in is just as terrible!
