RecommendedWe had a rough staff a few years ago but thankfully the recently new management has made changes to make up for the past. A lot has been done to rectify and I am looking forward to the future of the complex.
I've lived about two years and The first year it Was ok , but this curret year its been horrible . Because couple months ago we have air condition problems and l went to The office to request to fixed and it wont happen afther two weeks l haved my baby in The condition ,besides they charged like administrative services fee and other fees like that and they dont do their work l can wait for The léase end it and get out of this aparments ..I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
I've lived here for 6 years and everything was great until the new management came along. I would send in a work request in and many days later, someone would finally come in. There is NO emergency maintenance, so right now, We're stuck with a leaking faucet. Maintenance never really fixes the problems because they ended up broken again. The staff, some are ok and some aren't. Things aren't the same anymore. Sorry Courtney Place.
