Turn your AC on right when you get to the room. Checking into a room with uncirculated air gives the property a very motel feel. Venues do not stay open too late either.
The breakfast buffet is good. The pancakes are do doughy; I love it. Do not eat the eggs; they're not very good.

not related to hyatt regency. lobby looks nice. rooms are decent. but staffs are slow and unresponsive, pretty typical in these areas.

too close to the airport....
The restaurant is awful. Oh and have a spanish speaking friend with you because no one here speaks english
