Unprofessional & discriminatory. I had a crown scheduled and called to update them on my insurance coverage. Despite being told they are a Medicaid provider multiple times, they stated they would not be accepting my medicaid and offered no further reason. I had a crown scheduled and am in need of further dental care. Despite also having private insurance and the ability to pay private, they stated because I have medicaid they are not willing to see me, and canceled my appointment at the last minute.
