Living here has been pure HELL!!! I have above me a family with 2 kids who stomp, run and jump all day and night up to 10pm. Ive had 3 water leaks in my apartment with tons of water damage and the best part of all yall I have black mold in my vents. They proceeded to tell me, it was not black mold, but then sent somebody out to blow my vents out.The guy who came out said it's definitely black mold and my vents need to be treated. I’m sick of this. I have black mold in my apartment for one year now. I can’t stand it. I’m starting to have medical problems. It is affecting my breathing in the apartment. Manager has not done one thing about it. Feel like I’m gonna die.
I currently live here and it’s absolutely MISERABLE, but I’m sure you could tell by half of the reviews. The staff are rude, inconsiderate, and disregard any issues that are brought to their attention. We went 8 days without AC in the middle of summer, 82 degrees in my apartment for 8 DAYS!! I had a homeless man who would sleep on our door step every night/morning. Been here for 3 years. Rent keeps going up but they can not provide services. AC does not work and the maintaince balmes the customer. No responsibility for their inability to correct problems they sure will up their charges every year. Don't rent here
