I currently live here and it’s absolutely MISERABLE, but I’m sure you could tell by half of the reviews. The staff are rude, inconsiderate, and disregard any issues that are brought to their attention. We went 8 days without AC in the middle of summer, 82 degrees in my apartment for 8 DAYS!! I had a homeless man who would sleep on our door step every night/morning. Been here for 3 years. Rent keeps going up but they can not provide services. AC does not work and the maintaince balmes the customer. No responsibility for their inability to correct problems they sure will up their charges every year. Don't rent here
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I currently live here and it is the WORST apartment complex I have ever encountered. They have no regards for you at all. I have had multiple issues with them and their communication since moving in last November. They are SO rude anytime you reach out with a concern. They allowed for my AC to be broken for now 8 days with no compensation or communication when it would be fixed. It has been 82°+ in the middle of summer and they have no care in the world.
