I first moved in here around 2017. In January 2018, there was a drive-by shootout in the parking lot, where my unit and 5 others got hit. There's probably still a bullet in the closet wall that they just painted over when I moved out This came after numerous complaints and requests to Cyndi Green, the manager at the time, for increased lighting and some semblance of security. I have been in here since August of 2017. I am in my 3rd apartment here,and I love it. Ashley,Margaret and Jawana take very good care of us renters. I haven't had many issues at all,but, when I do they take care of it promptly. Keep up the great work!
Ive had a wonderful experience with the union at Cooper hill!! The move in process was smooth thanks to Ms. Margarette. She was very patient with me and i absolutely love my new unit!!
these apartments are horrible and management is as well. DO NOT APPLY!!
Just moved in the Union on Saturday, the staff here is absolutely amazing from Ms. Jawana to Ashley and Ms. Margaret. We had a very short time frame to move and with my dad being paralyzed in a hospital bed, as well as working a full time job. The Office staff was very patient and just helpful with me and my dad getting moved in. Beautiful complex right next to many grocery stores and places to eat.
