I went to his office for the first time for a consultation....great. Scheduled an EMG. It went okay up until I got a $5,000 bill. They told me it was covered by insurance which they never even tried. $5000.00 for a consultation and EMG. No. It's theft.
At first I loved the practice. After multiple appointments of waiting an hour after my scheduled appointment time. The final straw was having to wait three and a half hours for my injection. They also don’t do payment plans. If you owe 500 dollars they expect you to pay it in full and will not see you unless it is paid at that time. Easy smooth process love it
Dr. Levenstein is by far the most caring, attentive, knowledgeable Dr when it comes to pain management. I have been in his care for many years and I felt discomfort on my last visit from the epidural injections. I was anxious and frightened of my visit today. I explained to him how I was feeling and he listened with concern. It was a totally different experience this time and I felt absolutely no pain from the injection!!
