I went here yesterday for the first time to get seen by a nurse and I immediately walked out. I was referred by my lawyer.the girls in the office where talking among themselves laughing. One of them looked at me and looked away and continued to keep talking to her colleague. I wasn’t welcomed or greeted. I immediately walked out and have asked my lawyer to change my location. I went to his office for the first time for a consultation....great. Scheduled an EMG. It went okay up until I got a $5,000 bill. They told me it was covered by insurance which they never even tried. $5000.00 for a consultation and EMG. No. It's theft.
At first I loved the practice. After multiple appointments of waiting an hour after my scheduled appointment time. The final straw was having to wait three and a half hours for my injection. They also don’t do payment plans. If you owe 500 dollars they expect you to pay it in full and will not see you unless it is paid at that time.
