I have lived here in this complex for almost if not 3 years, and during my stay and as I still reside here it's a experience only you would have to live here to know, the management; Linda, and Cynthia, they really care about the residents of Regatta it's almost like family type relationship I have with them. If a job needs to be done and maintenance is booked these managers don't have no problem getting dirty for the cause of bettering the property and handling the residents needs!
