I love this place. It's so beautiful and calm and everyone just loves the ducks and geese. Management always listen to your concerns and do their best to accommodate. With everyone that lives here, they still remember who you are and your apartment number just my looking at you! The apartments are really nice and affordable as well.

I am going to be moving into the Regatta Apartments soon I can't wait. Cynthia and Linda both provided me with excellent customer service they both Rock and are making my move there so easy. I would recommend this Apartment to everyone. I also love the it has the little lake with a path to walk on and BBQ grills and picnic tables around the lake as well.

I have five months living here with my wife, and the place is perfect, the complex is safe and clean, the staff from the office is very friendly always attentive to what is needed, We highly recommend this place to live
