Regatta Apartments is TRULY and ethereal place to call my home. Peaceful walks around the lake, fall tennis games, summer pool session, all from within walking distance of my front door! The neighbor are VERY friendly and, to top it all off, the customer service is TRULY excellent! Well above the status quo. Cynthia and Linda are the gold standard in customer service, and the maintenance manager, Jesse, can always be seen hustling from apartment to apartment with a smile on his face! I like living at the Regatta Apts. It's close to almost everything as far as my job, restaurants, nd places to shop is concerned. Its quite nd the property is clean. Although they don't have a dog park it's a great animal community. The leasing agents are great too especially Cynthia. I just wish they were better with maintenance issues.

I enjoy living here at the Regatta. If you have a dog, you can't beat the park for walks. Safe and quiet. I like the layout of the apartment and the service is great. Cynthia is always ready to listen to your concerns and respond to them, and Jesse is a fantastic Maintenance Supervisor. Gets things done quickly.
