When I first moved in, I was told water was allocated and would be around $30. Cool. That’s normal for apartment complex’s. I have lived in several throughout my life. This months water bill for ONE OCCUPANT was 96! ***updated*** There was a misunderstanding/miscommunication when signing the lease, adding my daughters as ‘occupants’ when they don’t actually live with me. These apartments have been my home through three leases now. Cynthia has always worked with me when I’ve renewed my lease and changed to different floor plans. She is very understanding and can easily see things from another perspective to get the job done. I’ve been at some apartments where the management just doesn’t really care about their tenants, or are overwhelmed. But this place really has their stuff together. I’ve always been impressed!

Lived here al.ost 10 years. I love the house honesty. They will do the best to work with you. Best management group we have had in 2 years. They truly care about us. Don't get me wrong. it isn't perfect. But neither is a palace. Come see Linda or Cynthia they will do what they can to get you in and to keep you here. I love them I love the lake, my neighbors which are a lot of friends now. The best girls I have ever dealt with in property management in over 30 years. They talk to you like normal people.
