I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I came in with a clear reference photo showing exactly what I wanted: sharp, crisp square nails with a clean pink base and neat French tips. What I received looked nothing like the design I showed. The shape is rounded instead of sharp, the French tips are uneven, and the overall set looks rushed and basic. I have been going here for years and I've always been satisfied with my nails and the pricing. Even when I thought something was off. But today I'm baffled at the pricing for my pedicure. $75 is steep considering I didn't pay that a few weeks ago when they did my nails & feet at the same time and I paid $105 for both with gel and two overlays on my toes 🤨♀️🤷♀️♀️.
