Nothing less than outstanding. Jennifer in sales worked harder than I've ever seen or experienced. Tremendous, genuine customer service. David in service was a sincere comfort at a time when I was freaking out about a repair. And Stan the Man was a true pleasure to talk too. Can't say enough positive things about this past experience. Great team and Sal should be proud of these people representing Regal Kia.

Started off great then turned bad when I was given a wrong vehicle key as the spare key. Then had to drive back to the dealer to get the correct key. Then had to drive back to the dealer for a finance issue. Was given paperwork with the wrong vehicle VIN and was not told the new loan was for 84 months instead of the original 72 months. RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!! THEY HAVENT EVEN TRIED TO CORRECT THE ISSUES OR CONTACT ME AFTER A ZERO MANUFACTURE SURVEY!

My visit to your dealership to buy a new car went My visit to your dealership to buy a new car went smooth. Friendly staff, explained everything i needed to know. I bough a Chevy Trax, although Leha Golman was my sales person. And I don't recall meeting the folks in photos.
