Jonathan Benitez ( hopefully, I’m not wrong about his full name) who wasted no time to find out why I had brought in my Kia K900. Before I knew it, I was on my way. He took my car to assessed the damage to the mirror on the passenger side, shared the cost, asked if I wanted to order the mirror (I consented), told me it would take a couple of days, and he would call me when to bring it in. Once again, great service at Regal Kia.

Friendly staff. Clean service reception area. Free wifi. Bottled water is always available. Snacks always available. Car is always washed when returned to me. There is always someone available to talk to about the status of your vehicle.
