The entire Team at KIA were friendly & attentive the establishment was clean and well kept Victor Estrada our sales consultant was awesome an all around great guy he was very considerate and worked hard with us to get us into the car that we wanted. No complaints about the establishment nor the service received very grateful and appreciative of everyone there.

They were a great help , went in to get my car fixed but it was just to much to get it fixed so I traded my car in and got a brand new one

Very friendly staff from the moment I pulled into the service drive. They were quick and efficient and I didn’t have to wait long at all.

They lied about the work the did. They lied about how long parts were taking. Very unprofessional got upset when i told them i wanted my car moved from their dealership and brought to crown kia. Said my insurance was trying to take business from them but i was just not satisfied.

Upon arriving to the dealership I was greeted and attended to by the employee. Every employee greeted each guest as well as offered us refreshments. We were kept updated every step of the way and upon completion the work performed was thoroughly explained along with any findings. I was escorted to my car at the end of the transaction. I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone and everyone who are in the market for a car or just to have their car serviced.
