Compared to the other Kia locations, the people here are always available and helpful! I drive an extra 45 minutes to go to this one

I bought my forth vehicle from this dealership, primarily due to the excellent professional behavior of the salesman I have utilized on each purchase, Mr. Edd Box. This individual shows great respect for his customers. To be totally honest, I have had an unfortunate incident when it comes to vehicle service and can not cannot recommend that portion of the dealership at this juncture. That being the reason for not giving five stars.

Kelsey is the main reason I keep coming back. She has fantastic communication skills, is very knowledgeable, and is accommodating with my schedule. I just wish the dealership had a better set up for customers like myself who have to drop their car off early before service is open and there are times the gates are not open. We're talking roughly 515am. Or when the gatess are open that early and it's raining and I have to stand in the rain to not only grab a envelope fill out to leave in the drop box but after filling it out u... read more
