Always get done close to predicted time. Very knowledgeable staff from service people and mechanics. I like the car wash but miss the vacuuming. I had to call to make an appointment because the web site would not let me make an appointment

The customer service is not friendly, Don't discuss what they done. Still don't know what if anything they done besides my brakes, oil change and tire rotation. Take lessons from Dyer Kia on customer service.

They are so nice and pleasant when I drop my car off for an oil change. My car does not require work since my car is bulletproof. It has serviced me so well I shall not get a new one for awhile.

Came in to have windows tinted. When I arrived I found out that the window tinter was not available, had a family emergency. Appointment was rescheduled. But, I also had ordered a pair of window vent visors to have installed. That was promptly taken care of and it within 45 minutes my car was ready to go. Except for not getting my windows tinted as planned everything did work out and time wasn’t totally lost.
