Been to the dealer for the same problem 4 times and it still did not get resolved. Technician lied about the work he done. Car is consuming oil and has had 3 oil changes in the last 2 months. Manager tried to tell me 3quarts low after 1,000 miles is normal. Still no resolution for this problem. Very unhappy with Regal and the staff, the staff was very unkind and didn’t seem to be concerned. Apologized but never resolved the issue

Our service manager did not say that that was normal oil consumption, he stated that KIA turned down the warranty claim. Which is unfortunately out of our control as a dealership. Which is why he advised you to advocate for yourself through KIA Consumer Affairs. We are here to help.
Our sales rep was right on top of it from start to finish. Looked and found for something that was within our ideal price and model. Was so knowledgeable and definitely worth the extra drive for us after looking at others in other areas. The facility was also cleaned outside and inside, many vehicles too look at with decent prices and mileage.
