We needed tires. We were told that you would get tires from someplace. The dealership had the car all day. The tires never came in as we were told. The service advisor was great but someone dropped the ball. My son is a college student and he had to drive back to Ft. Myers. I was told someone would call me when the tires come in order to reschedule at a later date. I have not heard anything. I may have to go to another place for tires. Can you explain why we had this experience?

They found the problem I needed found now I just hope when I pay $700 to fix a problem that should be covered on a Kia van with only 56000 Miles. I'll never buy another Kia..

I typically loathe the entire car buying experience, but Greg made it painless… dare I say enjoyable?
