i was pleasantly surprised to see the attention i recieved from the salesman all the way thru negotiations ,business office,financing and then delivery of new kia sorento..my wifes birthday present in driveway was awesome,thanks to regal. shout out to willy for his efforts to make this a smoooth process.

Called, scheduled appointment (very easy). Got a reminder call the day before. Showed up, took 45 minutes and all done. Even offered snacks and beverages. Very kind staff.
