Service was good. Had a tire that couldn't be patched and none in stock. Had to go somewhere else, but employees were great
The service itself was good. The customer service on the other hand was not so good. I had an issue the last time in and the manager said he was putting a credit on my account. Then when I go in this time for service I was told there were no notes on my account and the girl looked at me like I was lying. I paid, but not sure that I will be back. Which is sad because I bought my Kia from them and ALL service has been through them so far.
The staff is always smiling and communication is great. They communicate about your vehicle in a timely fashion.

My experience was wonderful. Pablo treated me with respect. (Being a woman buying a car isn't always easy). Pablo was great getting to know me and our needs and wants. Everyone worked hard to get us what we wanted at the price we needed. I left feeling happy and like I was a part if the family. Everyone we came in contact with were friendly. Relaxed but professional. I highly recommend Pablo and Regal Kia.
