Carlos was helpful, it’s been several years since I’ve purchased a vehicle from a dealer. I was reminded of why I don’t like dealers with the back and forth with the manager to get a deal done and all the smoke mirrors on numbers.

This was by far the fastest service I have received here, in and out within an hour . The service rep was very attentive and kept me well informed.

I bought a preowned Mercedes SLK here from Texas because the SLK can be hard to find and I wanted silver. Chad the Salesman seems like a nice guy but the car was overpriced with BS charges like a $1200 inspection fee & other charges to knock it up several thousand dollars. Actually it was about $2500 in BS charges because The car was advertised for 32K and it was almost 37k when everything was said and done. Thank you for your feedback, The car was not in "limp mode" when it left the dealership, so that is quite the oddity, As far as it not being a garage kept car, that is out of our control and most certainly a preference. We would be happy to review your paperwork if there is some confusion, but the fees such as taxes cannot be reduced.
Service was good. Had a tire that couldn't be patched and none in stock. Had to go somewhere else, but employees were great
Kelsey is the best! !!! In and out easy peasy!!! Love Regal Kia and there staff!!!

My experience was wonderful. Pablo treated me with respect. (Being a woman buying a car isn't always easy). Pablo was great getting to know me and our needs and wants. Everyone worked hard to get us what we wanted at the price we needed. I left feeling happy and like I was a part if the family. Everyone we came in contact with were friendly. Relaxed but professional. I highly recommend Pablo and Regal Kia.
