6 hours agoNEW I've had ongoing issues since January with my vehicle and the service department is the worst at communication. They did not fix the issue, and it occurred again in February almost causing an major accident due to the same issue I was assured was fixed. Now they have had my vehicle for weeks, and never call me with status updates. I am told I need to call KIA corporate to have this addressed and escalated. KIA corporate advised more than once they did not hear from them. I have to call and call to find out sta... read more

We as a dealership are working with KIA to resolve your issues. But as you are aware, after you made you formal complaint about the vehicle not stopping as designed it gets escalated to the National Consumer Affairs Department as it is a product liability claim. We are very understanding of your frustrations but like you we are waiting for a response. We left you another message regarding upgrading your rental, Please Contact Service Director Tony Cooper.
