I reached out to see if a vehicle was available to view and set an appointment after the vehicle was confirmed on site at Regal Kia. When I arrived the vehicle had not actually arrived, but since I made an hour drive decided to have them assess my trade-in. Their initial trade-in offer was $5000 below kbb fair value and they included included more than a $10000 markup over MSRP that was not advertised on the vehicle I was interested in. I highly recommend avoiding this dealership now or in the future.
