When I pulled up to the service department, I was greeted right away. I was shown where the coffee and refreshments were. And when my car had been serviced, I was told right away. Great customer service.
I had an issue with my Kia and happened to be in town(I live 1-1/2 hrs away). There were no appointments, but they had me drop it off. She kept me informed both in person and then by text and a phone call through the whole process. The time I spent in the waiting lounge was clean, comfortable with ample refreshments. A bad experience turned good.
I feel like I was tried to be robbed. They texted and said I need a four wheel wheel alignment. When I called and talked to the service advisor, he assured me that the car was out of alignment and needed to be until I told him I already had one done the last time I had my oil changed Then he started backpedaling not somewhere really feel comfortable doing business with
Very thorough and kept me updated with everything the shop had to do to my car and let me know when the parts where in and how long it would take
